Update of the Homologation Regulations

A large part of the CIK-FIA homologation regulations has been reviewed and thoroughly updated. This update concerns in particular parts or products requiring preliminary laboratory tests, in order to clarify the processes applied during the homologation inspections.

The period of validity of all homologations is now three years, regardless of the parts or products concerned. This measure does not affect the period of validity of the homologations currently in force.

The new homologation regulations consist of two parts: all technical equipment on the one hand and overalls on the other.

The new homologation regulations shall take effect immediately.
