Tire Watch features a rim-mounted sensor that is so light that no wheel balancing is required. The sensor incorporates a UHF emitter which sends a continuous stream of data to an onboard computer & display unit. The unit runs on batteries which have a 2-year lifetime. A back-lit wireless LCD display relays the data from each wheel and alerts the driver via LEDs if there is a problem. Maximum readings are memorized. A valve is incorporated into each sensor, replacing the standard valve. It only takes a minute per wheel to fit!
