In its Rungiss (94) centre south of Paris and only five minutes from Orly airport, Simumotion Performance has facilities and staff to evaluate, target and increase the athletes’ abilities with services ranging from a two-hour session to a four-day course. The strengths of the structure are above all specialisation and skill.

A very specialised team
Under the leadership of Julien Abelli, creator and coordinator of the centre, a team of highly skilled specialists has been formed to meet all the needs of driver preparation.

Alexis Landais is responsible for driver analysis and training. A graduate in mental preparation and collaborator with the INSEP, he tests, analyses and discusses the strengths and points of improvement of each driver. He also sets up concentrated strategies so that each driver can get the most out of their potential.

Pierre Yves Marchand, a fitness trainer and graduate dietician, is also a posturologist.
With these multiple skills, he can manage body coordination and control perfectly, an essential element for the success of a driver.

Gabrielle is a sports physiotherapist, with extensive field experience in international competition. Her main mission is to prevent and treat trauma related racing at a high level. She has a space reserved in the training centre and also cooperates during the tests. Thanks to her knowledge of motorsport, she knows how to find the right words and implement the right warm-up strategies to boost the drivers during the different phases of the competition.
