A Lotus and many other prizes to be won at the Arena45 Grand Prix at Valence in August

The Arena 45 Grand Prix is most importantly an outstanding international competition for X30 Senior and X30 Junior on a legendary circuit, Valence in the south of France, which will take place from 5th to 9th August 2020, with no date competition with any other event. It is also a premium event under the guidance of the new owner, Didier André (former professional driver). A weekend of pure enjoyment, full of entertainment and incredible prizes.

A prestigious setting

For those who never experienced the great days of the Roche de Glun circuit, the Arena 45 Grand Prix is in line with the prestigious races that created the legend of Valence: it is no coincidence that two World Championships, 18 European Championships and more than 30 French Championships have taken place on this formidable track, which is both fast and sinuous, and which provides unparalleled pleasure.

A great international competition accessible to all

With impetus from Didier André, Valence has entered the 21st century with heightened ambitions. A modern circuit with recent resurfacing, very well equipped with a constant demand for quality will welcome the participants of the 1st Arena 45 Grand Prix from 5th to 9th August, 2020. This international competition offers the opportunity for everyone to challenge the world’s best drivers. The event is open to the X30 Senior and X30 Junior categories according to the IAME Series France regulations. And for the X30 Senior, the selected Komet tyres will be even better than usual for even greater enjoyment.

A magical prize

Although the format is the biggest attraction of this competition, the prize fund has reached an extraordinary level. Thanks to its partnership with TLA Lotus, the British brand’s dealer in Saint-Etienne, the X30 Senior winner will leave with the keys to a brand new Lotus Elise. Isn’t that incredible? But that’s not all! The X30 Junior winner will win a four-day trip to New York for four people, including flights and accommodation, with a helicopter flight over Manhattan. In addition, IAME X30 engines will be won in a prize draw.

Lots of entertainment

In the heart of a region rich in tourist attractions to be discovered in August, Arena 45 will include a partner village on the site of the Roche de Glun, a concert to greet the sunset and a race reserved for drivers, mechanics and supporters, also with generous prizes of sports items and Garmin watches.

Registration and services

Here too, Arena 45 is innovating. The entry fee for the Arena 45 Grand Prix includes track fees for test sessions, two sets of tyres, as well as lunch for two people from Thursday to Sunday. Senior finalists will receive a new set of tyres free of charge.

136 places will be available in X30 Senior and 68 in X30 Junior. Online registration will be open on www.arena45.fr from Thursday, 2nd April, 2020 at 7:30 pm, French time (UTC +2). A great opportunity not to be missed!
