Marsh controls the closing laps of the OK-Junior Final

Incredibly, the sun came out on Sunday afternoon at PFI for the OK-Junior Final of the Champions of the Future Euro Series. The track was dry.

Iacopo Martinese and Archie Lovatt (Exprit/TM) went head to head on the bridge while James Anagnostiadis (KR/Iame) led ahead of Kenzo Craigie (KR/Iame). Christian Costoya (Parolin/TM) and Archie Lovatt (Exprit/TM) clashed and both retired. Craigie took the lead, but was immediately replaced by Scott Marsh (Tony Kart/Vortex). Anagnostiadis was 4th behind Filippo Sala (LN/TM). Rocco Coronel (KR/Iame) made a fierce comeback for 1st place ahead of Marsh and Anagnostiadis, then Craigie and Sala in the top five, followed by Zac Green (KR/Iame) and Arjen Kraeling (KR/Iame). Dean Hoogendorn (KR/Iame) retired. Kit Belofsky (KR/Iame) was back in 7th place ahead of Green at the halfway stage. Marsh put pressure on Coronel for 1st position and moved into the lead on lap 12. Sala took 2nd place shortly afterwards and set off in pursuit of Marsh. The leader began to protect his position. A pack of six furious drivers battled for 2nd place, keeping an eye on each other. Marsh managed to hold on to 1st place against Coronel and Craigie. Devin Walz (Exprit/TM) took 4th place ahead of Sala, then Clark 6th, Belofsky 7th, Iskender Zulfikari (Exprit/TM) 8th, Kraeling 9th and Roman Kamyab (LN/TM) 10th.

Provisional results pending publication of the final rankings.
