Pesl continues to lead OK heats in Slovakia

The Qualifying Heats of the Champions of the Future Euro Series #3 at the Slovakia Ring saw variable conditions, with a few light showers. In the OK class, poleman Jindrich Pesl (KR/Iame) coped well with the situation, taking four wins in his fiv heats to give him a significant advantage in the sometimes shaky standings. Kai Rillaerts (Sodi/TM) moved up to 2nd place (+6 places) ahead of Matheus Morgatto (Birel ART/TM), who was a solid 3rd. Joe Turney (KR/Iame) indulged in his speciality, climbing from 21st to 4th place ahead of Thibaut Ramaekers (KR/Iame). Noah Monteiro (KR/Iame) and Scott Lindblom (KR/Iame) were 6th and 7th, while Zac Drummond (Parolin/TM) climbed no less than 30 places to 8th. Andrea Dupé (KR/Iame) confirmed his return to form in 9th position ahead of Lewis Wherrell (Exprit/TM) +14 places. Fionn Maclaughlin (KR/Iame) had made up 40 places to 13th ahead of Jimmy Hélias (KR/Iame) +13 places. Oleksander Bondarev (KR/Iame) was 16th, followed by Gabriel Gomez (CRG/Iame). Louis Iglesias (CRG/Iame) was 25th, Andy Consani (Sodi/TM) was 32nd, but Tom Dussol (CRG/Iame) was 52nd.
