OK-Junior heats, Costoya takes the lead in Slovakia

Variable grip due to scattered light rain complicated the Qualifying Heats of the Champions of the Future Euro Series #3 at the Slovakia Ring. Christian Costoya (Parolin/TM) took advantage of the situation to move up from 5th to 1st position ahead of Harrison Mackie (KR/Iame) and Filippo Sala (LN/TM). Sebastian Minns (LN/TM) and Arjen Kräling (KR/Iame) finished in the top 10, while Niklas Schaufler (KR/Iame) made up a large part of his deficit by finishing 6th with a gain of 35 places. Asher Ochstein (CRG/Iame) was 7th, ahead of Jarrett Clark (Exprit/TM) +23 places, Rocco Coronel (KR/Iame) 9th +10 places and Noah Baglin (KR/Iame) 10th. Poleman William Calleja (Parolin/TM) dropped back to 16th. Iacopo Martinese (KR/Iame) recorded one of the biggest gains, up 53 places to 24th. Just behind Dean Hoogendoorn (KR/Iame) in 36th place, Louis Cochet (KR/Iame) had climbed 25 places. Théo Battisti (Sodi/TM) had dropped back to 44th place, Thomas Pradier (Tony Kart/Vortex) had moved up slightly to 63rd, but Mattéo Rivals (Sodi/TM) was already out of the game in 83rd place.
