The Cremona track was gradually gaining grip after the rain stopped when the OK-Junior Prefinals of the WSK Super Master started, but wet tyres were still essential.
Prefinal A: Martinese at the finish
Lev Krutogolov (Tony Kart/Iame) led the first lap ahead of Iacopo Martinese (KR/Iame) and Filippo Sala (LN/TM), followed by Kit Belofsky (Sodi/TM) and Arjen Kräling (KR/Iame). Krutogolov maintained a high pace at the front and quickly distanced Martinese by a second. Belofsky set the fastest time and moved up to 3rd ahead of Sala. Louis Cochet (KR/Iame) retired on the fifth lap. Martinese accelerated after the halfway point, setting several fastest laps to close on the leader. The Italian overcame the Ukrainian’s resistance on lap 11, but the Ukrainian fought back. On his third attempt, Martinese secured P1 on the penultimate lap. Martinese won 1.1″ ahead of Krutogolov, Belofsky was 3rd 8 hundredths behind, then Sala 4th and Noah Baglin (KR/Iame) 5th. Matéo Rivals (Sodi/TM) finished 28th with a front fairing penalty.
Prefinal B: Schaufler ahead of Van Langendonck
Niklas Schaufler (KR/Iame) was back in 2nd place behind Dries van Langendonck (Exprit/TM), Christian Costoya (Parolin/TM) was back in 3rd ahead of Joel Pohjola (Tony Kart/Vortex) and Rocco Coronel (KR/Iame). Sebastian Minns (LN/TM) then moved up to 5th place at the expense of Coronel, who immediately responded. Schaufler closed the gap on leader Van Langendonck with several fastest times, 1.8″ ahead of Costoya and 3.3″ ahead of Coronel. Schaufler took the lead on the seventh lap. The positions didn’t change much after that. Schaufler took the lead 1.5″ ahead of van Langendonck. Costoya secured 3rd place, Coronel took P4. Théo Battisti (Sodi/TM) finished 26th with a front fairing penalty.
