OK: Eyckmans in command at Cremona

Belgian driver Ean Eyckmans (Birel ART/TM) mastered the OK Qualifying Heats of the WSK Super Master Series in Cremona. 13th on the previous day, he managed to take the lead on Saturday evening from Gabriel Gomez (CRG/Iame). Noah Wolf (Birel ART/TM) also made up 12 places to finish 3rd ahead of Oleksandr Bondarev (KR/Iame) and Dante Vinci (KR/Iame). Kai Rillaerts (Tony Kart/Vortex) moved up to 6th place (+12 places) and Freddie Lloyd (LN/TM) finished 8th (+20 places). Poleman Fionn MacLaughlin (KR/Iame) dropped back to 10th after retiring in heat AB. A number of leading drivers had made up ground following a difficult Qualifying. Jimmy Helias (KR/Iame) dropped 13 places to 18th (DNF in heat 3), Andy Consani (Sodi/TM) climbed from 38th to 20th, Louis Iglesias (CRG/Iame) climbed from 33rd to 25th and Thomas Quincé (Tony Kart/Vortex) from 49th to 26th.
