Beautiful KZ2 pole position achieved by Leuillet

A field of 47 KZ2 drivers lined up at the start of the WSK Final Cup at Franciacorta. Under a blue sky, the temperature rose to 8°C. Positions changed constantly right up to the end of the sessions. The gaps were extremely small and there was no shortage of surprises.

Session 1: Skrivanek – 45″845
Marek Skrivanek (IPK/TM) clocked 45″845 on his seventh lap. He beat Vladimir Verkholantsev (IPK/TM) by 19 thousandths, Ethan Frigomosca (Maranello/TM) followed at 46 thousandths, then Markus Kakak (Birel ART/Modena) at 51 thousandths and Jérémy Iglesias (CRG/TM) 5th at 67 thousandths. Arthur Carbonnel (CRG/TM) was 17th ahead of Celian Gallasin (CRG/TM).

Session 2: Leuillet – 45″680
Egor Nosov (IPK/TM) led for a long time before Menyhert Kroszer (TB Kart/TM) took over. But Tom Leuillet (Tony Kart/Vortex) snatched pole position on his sixth lap in 45″680, 33 thousandths ahead of Nosov. Maksim Orlov (Parolin/TM) took 3rd place ahead of David Trefilov (Maranello/TM) and Daniel Vasile (Birel ART/TM).
