Mini Prefinals for Calleja and Walz

12° and sunshine in Lonato for the Mini pre-finals of the WSK Final Cup.

Prefinal A: Calleja wins
Riven Esteves (KR/Iame) retained P1 at the start ahead of Mark Pilipenko (Parolin/Iame) and Leonardo Gorski (Tony Kart/Vortex), who was soon attacked by Mariano Lopez (Parolin/Iame). William Calleja (Parolin/Iame) climbed back into the top five. Pilipenko went into the lead, but Esteves regained his advantage on the fifth lap, followed by Gorski and Calleja. Calleja took 1st place on the penultimate lap and beat Lopez, followed by Pilipenko in 3rd, Estves in 4th and Oleksandr Legenkyi (KR/Iame) back in 5th. After several battles, Alessandro Truchot (Parolin/Iame) finished 9th before being classified 14th for a spoiler penalty.

Prefinal B: Walz wins the race
Devin Walz (Parolin/Iame) completed the 1st lap in the lead ahead of Cristian Blandino (CRG/TM) and Ilie Tristan Crisan (Tony Kart/Vortex). Andrea Manni (Parolin/Iame) started well in 4th position. Zack Zhu (EKS/TM) was 12th. Blandino regained the lead, followed by Walz and Kacper Rajpold (Parolin/Iame). Pietro Bagutti (EKS/TM) followed in 4th place ahead of Crisan. After the halfway point, Walz came back into the lead ahead of Bagutti and Blandino. Walz won, Blandino was 2nd and Remigiusz Samczyk (Alonso Kart/Iame) surprised everyone by moving up eight places to 3rd. Manni finished 4th ahead of Bagutti and Zhu was 6th.
