Mini Gr3 Prefinals: Calleja and Arias Chavarri

On Sunday morning, the sun was out in Franciacorta with a temperature of 23°C for the Mini Gr3 Prefinals of the WSK Euro Series.

Prefinal A: Calleja ahead of Baglin and Esteves
Noah Baglin (KR/Iame) took the lead from Riven Esteves (KR/Iame) and Bogdan Cosma Cristofor (KR/Iame). William Calleja (Parolin/Iame) was 4th. Andrea Manni (Parolin/Iame) was 8th and Zack Zhu (EKS/TM) 10th. Cosma Cristofor came back into the lead on the third lap ahead of Calleja and Cristian Blandino (CRG/TM), but the leaders kept changing: Baglin, Blandino, Calleja battled it out in a group of four. Zhu dropped back to 15th. Calleja beat Baglin and Esteves. Cosma Cristofor finished 4th ahead of Blandino. Manni was back in 7th and Zhu 13th.

Prefinal B: Arias Chavarri ahead of Mazzola
Bosco Arias Chavarri (KR/Iame) was ahead of Ludovico Mazzola (Tony Kart/Vortex), Ilie Tristan Crisan (Tony Kart/Vortex) and Maxim Bobrehov (Parolin/Iame) then Mariano Lopez (Parolin/Iame). Alessandro Truchot (Parolin/Iame) was 8th. Arias Chavarri, Bobrehov, Mazzola and Crisan never let up. Crisan went on the attack ahead of Mazzola. Pietro Bagutti (EKS/TM) was back in 2nd place. Arias Chavarri started the last lap in the lead and won 2 tenths ahead of Mazzola, Bagutti 3rd, Crisan 4th with Antoni Ociepa (RR/Iame) 5th.
