Hélias still leading in OK after Valencia heats

Poleman in Qualifying, Jimmy Hélias (Tony Kart/Vortex) kept the pace during the OK Qualifying heats of the first round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series in Valencia. Three times winner, he was well ahead of Jan Przyrowski (Tony Kart/Vortex) and Kean Nakamura-Berta (KR/Iame) while Alex Powell (KR/Iame) was 4th ahead of Arthur Poulain (Tony Kart/Vortex), who was also very strong. David Walther (Tony Kart/Vortex) moved up 10 places to 6th, Tomass Stolcermanis (Energy/TM) 13 places to 7th ahead of Sebastiano Pavan (Tony Kart/Vortex), Nathan Tye (Sodi/TM) and Nacho Tunon (KR/Iame). Joe Turney (KR/Iame) had made up 21 places to reach 11th position, but not without some setbacks. Rene Lammers (Parolin/TM) was 14th ahead of Enzo Tarnvanichkul (KR/Iame) – 11 places. Guillaume Bouzar (Tony Kart/Vortex) was fast but dropped back to 18th, ahead of Jules Caranta (Energy/TM) and Anatoly Khavalkin (Parolin/TM). Malo Bolliet (KR/Iame) was probably hoping to do better than 34th, Maxens Verbrugge (Birel ART/TM) reduced his deficit to 47th place, Andrea Dupé (Sodi/TM) was 51st.
