Mini U10 Prefinals for Venant and Orlando

The Mini U10 Prefinals of the second round of the WSK Super Master Series took place under a shy sun and a temperature of 8° in Franciacorta.

Prefinal A: Venant well ahead of the pack
The yellow flags were waving on the first lap for a slow procedure due to an incident. Antoine Venant (KR/Iame), in the DAP colours, was in the lead, Stan Fagot (Parolin/TM) had moved up to 2nd ahead of Albert Tamm (Parolin/Iame), Niccolo Perico (Energy/TM) and Maximus Unt (Tony Kart/TM). The green flags freed the competitors on the third lap. Venant took advantage of this to take the lead while Perico passed Tamm for P3 behind Fagot. The Italian immediately moved up to 2nd 1,4” behind the leader. Venant won without opposition while Fagot finished 2nd by 3,3” followed by Tamm and Unt, Perico having dropped down to 5th.

Prefinal B: Orlando at the finish
Achille Rea (CRG/TM) led the race on the first lap against David Moscari (Parolin/TM) and Oleksandr Legenkyi (KR/Iame). Mason Alejandro Robertson (KR/Iame) and Sebastian Eskandari Marandi (Tony Kart/Vortex) completed the top five. Moscardi took P1 on the second lap. Legenkyi was penalised by 5” and dropped down the order. Michele Orlando (IPK/TM) moved up to 3rd. Alessandro Truchot (Parolin/TM) came back to 7th but lost five places on lap 5. Rea came back to the front with Orlando in the final battle. Orlando won ahead of Rea and Moscardi, followed by Giacomo Giusto (Parolin/TM) in 4th and Orlando Rovelli (KR/Iame) in 5th. Truchot finished 9th.
