WSK Champions Cup: Ferrari at the finish in the X30 Junior Final

Sacha Van’t Pad Bosch (Redspeed/Iame) got the best start ahead of Lorenzo Campos (Tony Kart/Iame) and Christian Romeo (Tony Kart/Iame), while poleman Riccardo Ferrari (Tony Kart/Iame) was only 4th. Van’t Pad Bosch quickly received a 5″ penalty for his start. Clovis Nougueyrede (Redspeed/Iame) was 4th ahead of Tiziano Kuzhnini (Tony Kart/Iame) while Campos was 4 tenths ahead of Ferrari. Kuzhnini was back in 3rd. Ferrari regained 1st place on the sixth lap. Kuzhnini was 2nd, followed by Campos and Nougueyrede. Hugo Martiniello (KR/Iame) was in 8th place ahead of Van’t Pad Bosch. Kuzhnini took the lead on the 10th lap from Ferrari and Rocco Coronel (Redspeed/Iame) returned to the top five with the fastest time. Ferrari recovered P1 with two laps to go, Coronel overtook Nougueyrede for 4th position. The duel for victory was intense. Ferrari won by 49 thousandths over Kuzhnini and Campos was the first Angolan driver to reach the podium in WSK. Coronel secured 4th place ahead of Nougueyrede and Van’t Pad Bosch 6th. Martiniello finished 11th with a penalty, as Maxime Blanchemain (Redspeed/Iame) 23rd.
