Freddie Slater (Birel ART/TM) confirmed his pole position with two wins out of two in the Qualifying Heats of the WSK Champions Cup in Lonato. Adrien Renaudin (DR/Modena) came back to 2nd position with a win to his credit and overtook Cristian Bertuca (Birel ART/TM), 3rd, who was consistent in 5th place during the races. Matteo Spirgel (Sodi/TM) had a solid run in 4th place ahead of Viacheslav Putiatin (Falcon/TM). Tim Gerhards (Sodi/TM) was 6th and Yevan David (Sodi/TM) 8th.
