Poleman Jesper Sjoeberg (SWE) easily maintained his lead in the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals in Portimao, winning both Qualifying Heats. He was ahead of Luca Koester (GER) who moved up three places, then Raul Vargas (ESP). Griffin Dowler (CAN) was 4th ahead of Eric Le Moine (FRA) who had gained two positions.
Joel Bergstroem (SWE) took two wins after his pole position to remain the strong man of E20 Junior. Tomasz Ibsen (POL) was 2nd ahead of Tijs Daems (BEL). Adam Sydor (POL) moved up from 10th to 4th ahead of Christopher Holst (CHE).
