Micro Max Prefinal: Mazinas at the finish

Albert Friend (Tony Kart/Rotax) briefly took the lead from Léni Robillot Lagache (Tony Kart/Rotax) on the first lap of the RMCIT Micro Max Prefinal. Friend then led ahead of Majus Mazinas (Parolin/Rotax) and Robillot Lagache. Senn Lindeman (Birel ART/Rotax) then moved up to 2nd place and took the lead on the fourth lap. Halfway through the race, Robillot Lagache crashed out in 13th place when he braked late on, while Jenson Chalk (Croc Promotion/Rotax) was back in 3rd ahead of Friend. Mazinas moved into the lead on lap 7. Mattis Brageot (Redspeed/Rotax) moved into the top five ahead of Jean Poujol (LN/Rotax). Chalk caught Friend with a few corners to go. Mazinas won by 18 thousandths against Lindeman. Brageot took 3rd place ahead of Chalk and Poujol. Friend was 6th and Robillot Lagache 7th.
