Albanese starts on pole position in KZ2 at Lonato

Danilo Albanese (KR/Iame) was just ahead of Giuseppe Palomba (Birel ART/TM) on the fourth lap of the WSK Euro Series KZ2 Qualifying session in Lonato. Paavo Tonteri (CRG/TM) took over, followed by Jérémy Iglesias (CRG/TM), but Albanese came back to finish on pole on lap 5 with a time of 45”315. Iglesias was 2nd by 41 thousandths, then Viktor Gustafsson (CRG/TM) 3rd, Tonteri 4th and Michael Paparo (IPK/TM) very close in the top five. Genis Civico (Birel ART/TM) finished 6th and Palomba 7th. Tom Leuillet (Birel ART/TM) was 8th ahead of Oscar Targett (Birel ART/TM) and Cristian Bertuca (Birel ART/TM). Téo Blin (Tony Kart/Vortex) made his debut in 33rd position.
