Zuera: Tye still leading OK-Junior ahead of Caranta after the heats

British Sodikart driver Nathan Tye (Sodi/TM) continued to lead the way during the OK-Junior Qualifying Heats of the Champions of the Future Euro Series in Zuera. After taking the pole position in Timed Qualifying, his score of five wins is significant. Frenchman Jules Caranta (Energy/TM) remained very consistent in 2nd place with three wins. Miguel Costa (KR/Iame) was 3rd also with three wins to his credit. Anatholy Khavalkin (Parolin/TM) moved up to 4th place (+7 pl) ahead of Tiziano Monza (KR/Iame) (+7 pl). Dmitry Matveev’s (Tony Kart/Vortex) rise from 14th to 6th position suggests interesting battles in the Super Heats and the Final on Sunday.

Guillaume Bouzar (Tony Kart/Vortex) made an interesting 12-place improvement to 9th position, while several favourites were still far from the sharp end. Arthur Dorison (Tony Kart/Vortex) was 32nd. The game was more complicated for Andy Consani (Sodi/TM) 60th, Thomas Quincé (Tony Kart/TM) 61st and Jimmy Helias (Tony Kart/Vortex) in 65th.
