Turney takes the lead after the OK heats in Zuera

The 15 OK heats of the Champions of the Future Euro Series in sunny Zuera changed the order of the Qualifying Heats. Joe Turney (Tony Kart/Vortex) took the lead over poleman Alex Powell (KR/Iame), both winning three times. Cristian Bertuca (Birel ART/TM) came back brilliantly in 3rd place ahead of Luigi Coluccio (Tony Kart/Vortex) while Ean Eyckmans (Tony Kart/Vortex) was 6th (+5 pl) ahead of Kean Nakamura-Berta (KR/Iame). Eemeli Koivisto (Tony Kart/Vortex) continued to make his presence felt by moving up seven places to 7th. Freddie Slater (LN/Vortex) held on to 10th place, while Tomass Stolcermanis (Energy/TM) moved up 16 places to 11th. Evan Giltaire (KR/Iame) was still one of the top drivers, but a mechanical problem in the last heat dropped him to 14th. Enzo Deligny (Parolin/TM) managed to recover 20 places to 16th, Malo Bolliet (KR/Iame) finished 29th and Arthur Rogeon (KR/Iame) climbed to 35th (+19 pl).
