KZ Heats: second victory for Vigano in Kristianstad

Last meeting of the day with the KZs for the second Qualifying Heat of the World Championship in Kristianstad, in the absence of Pedro Hiltbrand (Birel ART/TM). It was a strange start in which the back rows seemed to start before the front rows. However, Matteo Vigano (Birel ART/TM) led the first lap ahead of Noah Milell (Tony Kart/Vortex) and Andrea Kimi Antonelli (KR/Iame). Paolo Ippolito (CRG/TM) had jumped from 10th to 4th place ahead of Lorenzo Camplese (Tony Kart/Vortex). Émilien Denner (KR/TM) was back in 9th place, while Adrien Renaudin (Sodi/TM) had dropped five places to 11th. Ippolito and Camplese attacked Antonelli. Marijn Kremers (Birel ART/TM) was back in the top ten ahead of Stan Pex (KR/TM) who was making a comeback. In the lead, Vigano increased his lead over Milell who was caught by Camplese. In 4th, Ippolito was left behind. Renaudin passed Denner for 10th place. Once again the fastest driver, Simo Puhakka (Tony Kart/Vortex) moved up to 5th ahead of Antonelli. Vigano took another victory 1,5” ahead of Camplese and Milell. Puhakka finished 4th and Ippolito 5th.
