Mange takes control of DD2 Masters

Slightly disappointed by his 5th fastest time in Qualifying, Romain Mange (FRA – Tony Kart) made a perfect recovery in the DD2 Masters Qualifying Heats of the Rotax Max Challenge International Trophy. Consistent at the forefront, he lined up two 2nd places before finishing with a win. The poleman Carl Cleirbaut (BEL – Tony Kart) did well to rank 2nd ahead of Primoz Matelic (SVN – Praga), slightly behind. The winner of the first heat, Scott Howard (AUS – Sodi) then had some difficulties and had to give way to Slawomir Muranski (POL – Tony Kart) and Roberto Pesevski (AUT – Sodi) in the top five.
