The last Qualifying Heats of the FIA ??Karting European Championship – Junior at Le Mans brought their share of incidents, slightly modifying the hierarchy especially as the anticipated improvements from new tyres upset the levels of performance.

Martinius Stenshorne (FA Kart / Vortex) kept the lead thanks to his pole position in Qualifying against Andrea Kimi Antonelli (KR / Iame) who had the same score. Connor Zilisch (Tony Kart / Vortex) finished 3rd ahead of James Wharton (Parolin / TM) and William Siverholm (Tony Kart / Vortex). Marcus Amand (KR / Iame) was in 8th place in his last run, forced back by drivers with new tyres, but kept his chances of winning the title. His closest opponent was Tuukka Taponen, ranked 10th, but 18 points behind. Thomas Ten Brinke (FA Kart / Vortex) did not qualify for the Final and could not improve his total. Not far from the provisional top three of the Championship, Alexander Dunne (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Nikita Bedrin (Tony Kart / Vortex) will start from the 12th and 13th positions for the Final. In 26th, Evan Giltaire (Sodi / TM) was the only other qualified Frenchman.
