KZ: Jorrit Pex wins Heat 2 in the rain

The second heat of the KZ European Championship started in the pouring rain of Wackersdorf in the order from Qualifying. Jorrit Pex (KR / TM) took the lead right away and controlled Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) who was on his heels. Fabien Federer (Maranello / TM) dropped back again, Bas Lammers (Sodi / TM) fell sharply to 19th. Simo Puhakka (Tony Kart / Vortex) was back in 3rd position ahead of Mattéo Vigano (Tony Kart / Vortex) while Lorenzo Camplese (Tony Kart / Vortex) was 5th ahead of Alex Irlando (Birel ART / TM). Faster and faster, Pex won the race, Abbasse took 2nd place, and Vigano, Puhakka and Camplese completed the top five ahead of Irlando and Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex). Pedro Hiltbrand (CRG / Iame) finished 9th, Adrien Renaudin (Sodi / TM) 12th (+2) and Lammers 19th.
