The spirit of the Volant WINFIELD

The spirit of the Volant WINFIELD is to promote motorsport and is based not only on technical skills and performance, but also on sports fairness, merit, respect for rules and traditional sports values, such as courtesy, loyalty, fair play.

This very comprehensive programme is designed for 18 participants, all over the world, girls or boys, from 14 to 17 years old, without any experience or with experience of maximum 3 single-seaters races. The training dimension is the lead of this programme: physical, mental preparation, nutrition, media training, tyres management, sporting and human skills and attitude development… which give to the participants all the main keys to become a racing driver.
