The Dutchman Robert De Haan made the most of his pole position at the start of the Junior Max Final. The Briton Lewis Gilbert jumped from 4th to the leader’s wheeltracks. Canadian Thomas Nepveu also made a good start to 3rd.

Of the French drivers, Esteban Masson and Dylan Leger had gone, unlike Marcus Amand, who had fallen to the back of the pack. Cesar Gazeau has gained some positions.

At the halfway point, the situation cleared for De Haan. Behind him, the many duels allowed him to fly to a probable victory. After starting badly, the Australian Jaiden Pope came back to 2nd place, passing the Dutchman Mike Van Vugt.

Masson was back in the top 10, while Gazeau drove successive fastest laps and came back very strongly. Leger was not at his best and fell back.

The end of the race was getting closer. Jaiden Pope closed on Robert De Haan. But fortunately for the Dutchman, the finish confirmed him, but he would not have lasted another lap! Behind the Australian Pope, in 2nd, Van Vugt completed the success of the Netherlands. Canadian driver Thomas Nepveu had certainly got the better of the Briton Lewis Gilbert, but he finished at the foot of the coveted podium.
French driver Esteban Masson completed his superb progression to 9th position, with a gain of six places. As he set the fastest lap at the very end of the race, Cesar Gazeau would remain one of the fastest Juniors of the meeting. Starting 29th, he finished 17th.

With a performance deficit against his direct opponents, Dylan Leger was content with 21st place. There was disappointment for Marcus Amand, 31st, who lost everything in the first corners.
