Since Monday morning, the many participants of the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals were quick to attack the Brazilian circuit to discover how best to tame it. We visited Team France to compile some reviews, which had a very positive initial trend …

Evan Giltaire (Mini Max)

“My first impressions are excellent, the Rotax seems slightly less powerful than the ones we use in France in Cadet and we will have to negotiate the”S”going up the circuit.”

Dylan Leger (Junior)
“With the unevenness, I think this track is great, in the descent we have to take the turns on the right line and we can keep a lot of speed in the corners that follow because there is grip! We need to be clean to go fast.”

Nicolas Picot (DD2)
“The track is rather nice, but you cannot neglect any detail to try to make the difference. In places for example, on the inside line, it looks like a hollow and the chassis tends to rub. Birel ART put some protections under the tube, it makes us feel a little unbalanced.”

Bastien Borget (Senior)
“I’m a fan of the track, I love the quick sequences, it really makes you want to attack! The steering angle is greater in the long right-left which is very much uphill, it will be a place to take well so as not to waste time.”

Leo Poncel (Mini Max)
“I like the track, but I feel that there will be a lot of work to set a good lap time, the Mojos that we use here in Mini Max are much softer than the French Bridgestones, I hope that this extra grip will help us to overtake more easily.”
