Emilien Denner was the fastest at the start and immediately took the lead in front of Giuseppe Palomba. Adrien Renaudin made a solid start and finished the first lap in 6th position. The Frenchman was virtually European Champion. Matteo Vigano got the better of Giacomo Pollini, while Oliver Rasmussen overtook the pack in which Riccardo Longhi started his progression.

A clash took place in the first lap at the back of the pack, eliminating drivers including Thomas Landais. On lap 8, Renaudin passed Rasmussen, and Alessio Piccini took the opportunity to gain a place. In front, Denner built up a gap on Palomba.

There was no change at the halfway point with Denner a solid leader ahead of Palomba, Vigano, Pollini and Longhi. Renaudin managed his race despite the pressure from Piccini, who eventually passed. The Frenchman still had his hands mostly on the title.

The end of the race was favourable to Denner. The Frenchman had very strong pace, making his way to a magnificent victory at the wheel of his Kali’Kart / TM Racing. Palomba secured his 2nd place, while Longhi, with the fastest lap as a bonus, stole the last step of the podium from Vigano.
Pollini finished 5th in front of Piccini. Schmitz waa 7th again at the expense of David Vidales. Adrien Renaudin did not take any chances. 9th in the Final in front of Oliver Rasmussen, he achieved his goal by becoming European Champion in KZ2! A great achievement for the French driver, his CPB Sport team and the Sodi / TM Racing kart.

Pierre Loubère could do no better than 14th and just lost the overall podium at the Championship.
