Academy: last heats at Salbris

Kobe Pauwels (BEL) escaped from the start of the CIK-FIA Trophy Karting C-D heat at Salbris. Luca Lesitra (BEL) followed him for a while before dropping back to 6th position. Kotaro Shimbara (JPN) was 2nd and Suleiman Zanfari (MAR) 3rd while Craig Tanic (FRA) emerged from the pack in 4th place ahead of Viacheslav Volosyankin (RUS).

Jose Maria Navalon Boya (ESP) quickly passed Sami Meguetounif (FRA) to take control of the A-B heat. Isidro Callejas Gomez (ESP) was 3rd in front of Rimmo Kadapik (RUS) and Joshua Rattican (GBR). The battle intensified for 2nd place at the end. Navalon was clear, Callejas finished 2nd, Meguetoounif 3rd and Kadapik 4th.
