KZ2 Prefinal: Ardigo victorious after many adventures

The show was intense and complex in the KZ2 Prefinal of the WSK Super Master in Sarno. The track had dried and the start saw Marco Ardigo’s (Tony Kart / Vortex) domination quickly contested by Giuseppe Plomba (Intrepid / TM), while Bas Lammers (Lion Kart / TM) was 3rd. While Ardigo seemed to be struggling with his gearbox, Alessio Piccini (Tony Kart / Vortex) who took the torch in the lead. But the young Italian was forced to give up on lap 6 and Ardigo found the lead. Benjamin Tornqvist Persson (CRG / TM) challenged his leadership, but Ardigo managed to win, Paolo Ippolito (Lenzo / LKE) finishing 3rd ahead of Francesco Iacovacci (Luxor / LKE) and Palomba. Tom Leuillet (Sodi / TM) was 6th in front of Emil Skaras (Energy / TM) and Alex Irlando (Sodi / TM).
