OK Final: fantastic victory for Maloney in front of Edgar

Despite the good start by Jonny Edgar (Exprit / TM), Nicklkas Nielsen (Tony Kart / Vortex) was able to complete the first lap in the lead of the OK Final of the WSK Super Master Series at La Conca. Luigi Coluccio (Birel ART / TM) lost everything during a contact. Pedro Hiltbrand (CRG / TM) was quickly in 3rd place ahead of Zane Mloney (FA Kart / Vortex) and Noah Milell (Tony Kart / Vortex). After four laps, Lorenzo Travisanutto (KR / Parilla), who started last, had taken 16 places. Tom Joyner (Sodi / TM) was no longer in the race and Vincent Fraïsse (Sodi / TM) lost a lot of ground in a scuffle at the start.

Edgar significantly increased the pace near the halfway point and he closed on Nielsen by 2 tenths per lap. He joined him on the 12th of the 20 laps. Maloney followed on the same pace in 3rd position and attacked Edgar in the 16th lap. Chris Lulham (Exprit / TM) got the better of Milell for 4th place. Maloney managed to attack Nielsen at the back of the circuit on the penultimate lap. The top three were abreast for a moment and it was Nielsen who had to give way. The fastest driver of the race, Maloney finally won over Edgar. Nielsen could not hold off Hiltbrand for 3rd, Lulham was 4th and Milell 5th. Travisanutto was 10th on the line.
