The KZ2 heats of the WSK Super Master Series confirmed Paolo De Conto’s (CRG / TM) great form, the poleman taking two wins in three races. But the important element has also been the return to the forefront of the OTK machines. Simo Puhakka (Tony Kart / Vortex) often threatened De Conto, Patrik Hajek (Kosmic / Vortex) won the third heat ahead of Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) whose first performance of the year was a pleasure to see. In the standings, Puhakka kept 2nd place ahead of Hajek, Matteo Vigano (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Ardigo. Emil Skaras (Energy / TM) took 6th place. Previously in a good position, Alex Irlando (Sodi / TM) didn’t start the third heat, Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM), 3rd on the finish line of the first heat, dropped back after a spoiler penalty of 3”, which delayed him in the other two races. Tom Leuillet (Sodi / TM) made his mark by finishing 7th followed by Abbasse, Riccardo Longhi (Birel ART / TM) 9th and Bas Lammers (Lion Kart / TM) 10th.
