The Kart Tyres Association makes its debut at Kristianstad

In these difficult times, there is a tendency to regroup. For the first time in the history of karting, representatives of the leading tyre manufacturers LeCont, Vega and Bridgestone have joined forces in the Kart Tyres Association, more easily known as KTA ®. It is not a commercial agreement with the objective of a monopoly situation, which would not be legal, but rather a pooling of the knowledge and the stakes of the competition tyre in karting. KTA ® is committed to a process of information and communication aimed at the clientele of drivers and teams as well as national and international bodies, in the interest of karting and all its participants.

KTA ® fully endorses the progress made by KPA concerning the impossibility of starting running before 10.00 am, but regrets that these exemplary measures are not yet implemented.
