Alahärmä: Tonteri poleman in OK

Paavo Tonteri (Tony Kart / Vortex), Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony Kart / Vortex), Callum Bradshaw (CRG / Parilla) and Karol Basz (Kosmic / Vortex) were at the top of the first Qualifying session in European OK in Alahärmä. Tonteri finished with 43”056, Pavel Bulantsev (Tony Kart / Vortex) came 2nd by 57 thousandths ahead of Hiltbrand, Bradshaw and Jonne Ollikainen (Tony Kart / Vortex) by 0.106”.

In the second session Dennis Hauger (CRG / Parilla), Juho Valtanen (Kosmic / Vortex), Robin Sario (Kosmic / Vortex), Caio Collet (Birel ART / TM), Franck Chappard (Redspeed / Parilla) were at the front. David Vidales (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Hauger then traded 1st place. Collet joined the top three. Hauger was the fastest with 43”084, Collet finished 2nd by 54 thousandths and Théo Pourchaire (Kosmic / Vortex) was 3rd in front of Vidales and Kasparas Vaskelis (Exprit / TM). Tonteri remained the provisional leader.

Sami Taoufik (FA Kart / Vortex) was ahead of Lorenzo Travisanutto (Zanardi / Parilla), Noah Milell (Kosmic / Vortex) and Clement Novalak (Tony Kart / Vortex) in the third session. Taoufik was the fastest with 43”073, David Schumacher (Tony Kart / Vortex) followed him by 2 thousandths and Novalak by 14 thousandths, while Milell and Isac Blomqvist (Tony Kart / Vortex) completed the top five.

The pole remained with Tonteri, Taoufik was 2nd overall in front of Schumacher, Hauger 4th and Novalak 5th.
