Association of Teams: KTA creation announced

At the initiative of Ralf Schumacher, a large proportion of the international teams have met on several occasions in recent months. A live broadcast from Alahärmä officially announced the creation of the KTA – Kart Teams Association, with the aim of “collaborating with the CIK and the FIA to improve certain issues such as the organisation of races, costs and choice of tracks. KTA wishes to focus its attention on all subjects likely to make karting more attractive for private customers and teams.”
