Thanks to a third hard-fought victory, Théo Pourchaire (Kosmic / Vortex) managed to keep the lead of the OK category at the end of the Qualifying Heats of the first event of the European Championship at Sarno. He will start the Final with Clément Novalak (Tony Kart / Vortex) at his side and Karol Basz (Kosmic / Vortex) behind him. Pavel Bulantsev (Tony Kart / Vortex), the winner of the penultimate heat, took 4th place against David Vidales (Tony Kart / Vortex) and David Schumacher (Tony Kart / Vortex). Sami Taoufik (FA Kart / Vortex) is ahead of Théo Nouet (Energy / Parilla) in 8th and consistent in the top five after a difficult first heat. Alex Irlando (Sodi / TM) finished very well with a 3rd place and was in 19th position because of his mechanical trouble in Heat 1. Adam Eteki (Zanardi / Parilla) qualified in 26th place just ahead of Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony Kart / Vortex ) who was impressive in the last races. Lorenzo Travisanutto (Zanardi / Parilla) and Tom Joyner (Zanardi / Parilla) are among the unqualified drivers.
