Jérémy Iglesias (Formula K / TM) made an excellent start from the outside in front of Patrik Hajek (Kosmic / Vortex) while Jorge Pescador (Praga / TM) slipped into 3rd in front of Ben Hanley (Croc Promotions / TM). Pescador then attempted a bold attack on Hajek at the hairpin on the second lap and it started the battle. Hanley was ejected from the track at the next corner, and Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) took the opportunity to pass. But Hajek returned to the race and threatened Iglesias, while Bas Lammers (Sodi / TM) had found the opening on Ardigo. Hajek picked up the midrace lead by passing Iglesias. Meanwhile, Alex Irlando (Sodi / TM) was 7th in front of Flavio Camponeschi (CRG / TM), and Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) was 9th behind Tom Leuillet (Sodi / TM). Lammers attacked Iglesias to take 2nd place, and Ardigo imitated him one lap later. Jorrit Pex (CRG / TM) yielded ground, and Irlando, Leuillet and Abbasse finished in 5th to 7th place. Hajek won with the fastest lap and 2” ahead of a thrilling trio, with Lammers 2nd, Ardigo 3rd and Iglesias 4th.
