Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony Kart / Vortex) kept the lead of Prefinal A in the OK category under the sun of the WSK Super Master Series at Castelletto. Tom Joyner (Zanardi / Parilla) quickly took 2nd place ahead of his teammate Lorenzo Travisanutto (Zanardi / Parilla), while Adam Eteki (Zanardi / Parilla) was already 6th behind David Vidales (Tony Kart / Vortex). Paavo Tonteri (Tony Kart / Vortex) in turn surpassed Travisanutto. Dennis Hauger (CRG / Parilla) attacked Karol Basz (Kosmic / Vortex) for the 7th place finish in mid-race. Joyner took 1st place, while Tonteri followed him and Hiltbrand lost several places in the lead pack. Eteki also overtook Hiltbrand to take 5th place. Travisanutto was demoted to 7th in the fight. Hiltbrand finally gave up on lap 13 and joined the group of unqualified drivers! Joyner won the race, after starting 6th, followed closely by Vidales, Tonteri, who set the fastest lap, Eteki 4th (9th after a penalty), Travisanutto 5th, Basz 6th and Hauger 7th (15th after a penalty).

Luca Lippkau (Zanardi / Parilla) and Fin Kenneally (Energy / Vortex) pulled away early on the first lap of Prefinal B, with Clement Novalak (Tony Kart / Vortex) 3rd ahead of Artem Lobanenko (Tony Kart / Vortex) who started 8th. David Schumacher (Tony Kart / Vortex) was 4th ahead of Ulysse De Pauw (Kosmic / Parilla) and Davide Lombardo (CRG / Parilla). Kenneally took the lead on lap 4, but Novalak came back strongly and took the lead on the next lap, Kenneally seeming to have a small technical problem. Théo Pourchaire (Kosmic / Vortex) gave up prematurely at the end of a difficult weekend. Schumacher and De Pauw overtook Kenneally then Lippkau. Novalak escaped by more than 3” ahead of De Pauw and Schumacher in the fight for 2nd place. Kenneally seemed to recover from his technical worry and retook 4th position while Caio Collet (Birel ART / TM) took 6th (+ 5p). Novalak was very much in front of De Pauw who controlled Schumacher to the end, with Kenneally 4th, Lombardo 5th and Collet 6th with the best lap in the race.
