Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) kept his leading position at the start of Prefinal A for KZ2 in the WSK Super Master at Castelletto. Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) followed him closely in the opening laps, while Marijn Kremers (Birel ART / TM) remained in 3rd position. Emil Skaras (Tony Kart / Vortex) was 4th from Patrik Hajek (Kosmic / Vortex), followed by Stan Pex (CRG / TM) and Andrea Dalé (CRG / TM). Douglas Lundberg (Sodi / TM) quickly returned to 7th position ahead of Rick Dreezen (Birel ART / Vortex). Very fast, Hajek surpassed Kremers for 3rd position on lap 7. At the halfway point, Abbasse maintained his lead over Ardigo at about half a second, but the Italian accelerated significantly from the 10th lap. The Frenchman did not let himself be intimidated and crossed the finish line to victory three tenths ahead of Ardigo, although he set the fastest lap. Hajek was 3rd ahead of Stan Pex with Kremers 5th.

Luca Corberi (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Bas Lammers (Sodi / TM) were slightly touched by Jérémy Iglesias (Formula K / TM) and Alex Irlando (Sodi / TM) who took the advantage, with Jorrit Pex (CRG / TM) jumping into 5th position. Alex quickly attacked Iglesias to take 1st place, while Corberi was distanced in 4th position. Lammers, the fastest on the track, passed for 2nd in front of Iglesias under braking at the bottom of the circuit. Paolo De Conto (CRG / TM) made a fine comeback in 6th position, followed by Flavio Camponeschi (CRG / TM) who attacked Jorrit Pex. In 8th place, Ben Hanley (Croc Promotions / TM) had already taken 11 places. Tom Leuillet (Sodi / TM) struggled to make up the lost ground from 14th place, while Adrien Renaudin (Sodi / TM) was fighting to ensure his qualification. Lammers heightened the pressure on his teammate and Alex and Iglesias remained in ambush. Lammers was attacking Alex three laps from the finish pass him for 1st, cleverly followed by Iglesias, who posted a fastest lap. Lammers beat Iglesias and Alex, while De Conto completed his climb to 4th position ahead of Corberi. In 8th position, Hanley posted the fastest lap of the race.
