Information notes on the 2016 CIK-FIA World Championship in Bahrain

Information notes regarding the CIK-FIA World Championship OK & OKJ, Bahrain, November 15-19 2016.

Shipping:
Shipping (by sea) will be in charge of the Organizer from Adria (ITA) (from 3 to 7 October) to Bahrain and back from Bahrain to Milan (ITA). All participants will have a maximum space of 6 m3 at disposal. For more information please contact JAS Company.

Air Freight:
Air freight will be in charge of the Organizer from Milan (ITA) (from 31 October to 2 November) to Bahrain and back. All participants will have 100 kg at disposal. For more information please contact JAS Company. The cost for the documents procedure will be in charge of the entrant. Necessary documentation: ATA carnet. The JAS Company can support the teams to prepare the documents. Please contact JAS Company. It is fundamental for the documentation to be ready at least 25 days before shipping.

Accomodation:
There will be a double room free of charge in a hotel (8 nights) for every participant from 13 (check-in) to 21 November (check-out). It is possible to book more rooms through the Organizer.

Catering Service:
There will be a catering service free of charge (lunch and dinner) for drivers and mechanics.

Visa:
It can be get online at www.evisa.gov.bh or by providing the organizer with a complete list of the followers 30 days before the event.

Circuit:
The circuit is open every day from 10 am to midnight except for Sundays and Mondays when it is open from 4 pm to midnight. For test sessions please contact directly the circuit.

Tent:
The cost is 250 euros per tent (4×4 m) from 13 to 20 November. The order must be done directly to the organizer.

Equipment:
Lubricants, cleaning sprays, etc.: The order must be done directly to the organizer.
