Electric karts are slowly building their way up in the karting market. The so called ‘e-kart’ differentiates itself from the conventional karts by the low noise production and lack of emissions. Therefore it has become the ideal product for indoor karting tracks with ventilation difficulties. But the potential of the e-karts is even bigger. The powertrain technology of the e-karts is evolving in the right direction and e-kart racing is no longer an utopia.
Circuit Zolder and Bosch Motorsport recognize these opportunities and want to empower the evolution of e-karting by bringing the karting industry and the karting circuits together at a conference.
‘The present & the future of e-karting’ will give an overview of the current situation in the e-Karting business and will determine the working points for the future of e-karts in rental and racing business.
