Collet and De Pauw win the Junior Prefinals at Adria

There was a good fight in the leading group of Prefinal A for OK-Junior. Caio Collet (Birel ART / Parilla) was first overtaken by Kiern Jewiss (Exprit / Vortex) then Fin Kenneally (FA Kart / Vortex) and Noah Watt (Tony Kart / Vortex) joined the party in the lead. Timothy Peisselon (FA Kart / Vortex) dropped well back along with David Vidales (Tony Kart / Vortex) at halfway. Collet took over the lead, followed by Kenneally, Dmitrii Bogdanov (FA Kart / Vortex) and Watt. Collet won the race, Kenneally 2nd, Watt 3rd, who set the fastest time. There was a beautiful French performance from Gillian Henrion (Kosmic / Vortex) in 7th position ahead of Jewiss. Franck Chappard (Kosmic / Vortex) qualified 15th.

Ulysse De Pauw (Birel ART / Parilla) and Isac Blomqvist (Tony Kart / Vortex) quickly escaped in Prefinal B from Alejandro Lahoz Lopez (FA Kart / TM), while Sami Taoufik (FA Kart / Vortex) came back strongly in 4th position in front of Dennis Hauger (CRG / Parilla) and Victor Martins (Kosmic / Parilla). Charles Milesi (Tony Kart / Vortex) also gained ground in 10th position (6 places) ahead of Theo Pourchaire (Kosmic / Vortex). Adam Eteki (Tony Kart / Vortex) reduced its delayed start by joining Theo Nouet (Energy / TM) in 13th at halfway. Hauger attacked Blomqvist on lap 13 and took 4th from Taoufik before Lahoz soon after. Blomqvist then lost two places at once. It was a good win for De Pauw ahead of Hauger and Taoufik, Teddy Wilson (CRG / Parilla) finished 6th, Martins 7th, Pourchaire 10th, Milesi 11th, Eteki 13th, Nouet 14th in front of Leonardo Marseglia (Tony Kart / Vortex), who made the strongest recovery (10 places).
