Quiet in the first heat, Simo Puhakka (CRG / Maxter) regained his pace in the second. Leading from the first lap, he set the fastest time and won the race ahead of Patrik Hajek (Formula K / Parilla). Without a good start, Flavio Camponeschi (Tony Kart / Vortex) was never able to threaten the leading duo. Delayed at the start, Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) managed to regain some places to finish 6th behind Jorrit Pex (Intrepid / TM) and Jérémy Iglesias (Sodi / TM), while Arnaud Kozlinski (Sodi / TM) ensured 7th position. The two Sodi factory drivers started particularly well but Anthony Abbasse hadn’t yet returned to his form in testing on race tyres. In 10th, he could do nothing against Ben Hanley’s (Croc Promotions / TM) recovery who gained 10 places, followed by Jordon Lennox-Lamb (BirelART / Parilla).
