The Swedish Ward Racing driver Sebastian Persson (Tony Kart / Vortex) was undoubtedly noticed during testing for the European KF-Junior Championship at Portimao. Setting the best time of 57”865 on Thursday, he stayed in the lead pack on Friday with the second fastest time of the day behind Rasmus Lindh (Ricciardo / Parilla) who set a fast 58”007. Artem Petrov (DR / TM), Presley Martono (Tony Kart / Vortex) of Baby Race, Noah Millel (Exprit / Vortex) of JP Racing, Ulysse De Paauw (BirelART / Parilla), Kush Maini (Tony Kart / Vortex) of Forza Racing and Caio Collet (Kosmic / Vortex) are among the fastest.
Also showing good performance were Jose Herencia (DR / TM), Eliseo Martinez (Praga / Parilla), Kenny Roosens (Kosmic / Vortex) of VDK Racing, Christian Lundgaard (Tonykart / Vortex) of Ward Racing, Oscar Piastri ( Kosmic / Parilla) of Ideal Kart and Charles Milesi (Tony Kart / Vortex). Favourites like Clement Novalak (Tony Kart / Vortex), Felipe Drugovich (Kosmic / Vortex) and Logan Sargeant (FA Kart / Vortex) of RFM have not yet revealed their form.
