Simo Puhakka (CRG / Maxter) started rapidly in front of Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Arnaud Kozlinski (Sodi / TM). Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) had problems and gradually dropped down the ranking. Paolo De Conto (CRG / Maxter) was back into the rhythm and passed Kozlinski for 3rd place. Rick Dreezen (Ricciardo / Parilla) was 5th to Flavio Camponeschi (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Jonathan Thonon (Praga / Parilla) who was on the rise, followed by Davide Fore (CRG / Maxter). The leading trio remained close, but the positions didn’t change and Puhakka won ahead of Ardigo and De Conto. Kozlinski finished 4th, Dreezen 5th after passing Camponeschi on the last lap.
