Paolo De Conto started perfectly at the lights for Prefinal A, and Marco Ardigo (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Anthony Abbasse (Sodi / TM) also made a great start. Abbasse grabbed 2nd place ahead of Ardigo, while Marijn Kremers (BirelART / Parilla) attacked Patrik Hajek (Praga / Parilla). While De Conto had a small gap, Abbasse took the lead in the race on the third lap. The Italian seemed to be experiencing engine problems, Ardigo was then overtaken by Kremers. Jorge Pescador (Praga / Parilla) lost time early in the race and was running 8th. Douglas Lundberg (Kosmic / Vortex) was back in the top 10 after a complicated first lap. Abbasse soared to victory with the fastest time almost 6” ahead of Ardigo, with Kremers 3rd, Jorrit Pex (Intrepid / TM) 4th from Hajek and De Conto.

There was startline madness in Prefinal B with Jordon Lennox-Lamb (BirelART / Parilla) surging up the outside at the end of the first long right turn and took the lead ahead of Luca Corberi (Tony Kart / Vortex) and Davide Fore (CRG / Maxter). Arnaud Kozlinki (Sodi / TM) finds himself locked in 4th position, then overtaken by Rick Dreezen (Ricciardo / Parilla). Flavio Camponeschi (Tony Kart / Vortex) lost 7 seats. Corberi heels Lennox-Lamb, Dreezen back in the wheel Fore and Alexander Schmitz (Tony Kart / Vortex) was fifth. Dreezen passed Fore under braking to capture third position, followed by Schmitz. Corberi then attacked Lennox-Lamb who was unlikely to give way, and Dreezen joined them at the end of the race, but the positions were stable until the finish, hailing the victory of Lennox-Lamb ahead of Corberi and Dreezen. Schmitz was 4th with the fastest lap ahead of Fore in 5th, Kozlinski 6th, Camponeschi 7th and Lammers 8th.
