Winter Cup: tense repechages in the rain

Konsta Lappalainen (Tony Kart / Vortex) won the KF-Junior Repechage ahead of Isac Blomqvist (Tony Kart / Vortex), who was fastest, Lucas Légeret (BirelART / Parilla) and Daniele Vezzeli. 5th at the finish line, Fin Kenneally (Zanardi / Parilla) had obviously dropped his spoiler, which should qualify Maciej Szyszko (Kosmic / Vortex) and Nicola Abrusci (Tony Kart / Vortex). There is no chance for Noah Watt (FA Kart / Vortex) in 7th. The weekend s is also finished for Alessandro Brozzoni (PCR / TM) and Timothy Peisselon (BirelART / Parilla).

Archie Tillett (CRG / Parilla) started in 5th place and won in KF in front of Hugo Nerman (Tony Kart / Vortex) who had led early in the race. Rokas Baciuska (Energy / TM) finished third in front of Liam McLellan (Ricciardo / Parilla), Troy Loeskow (Ricciardo / Parilla) and Sindre Johnsen (Tony Kart / Vortex).

With its 36 competitors, the KZ2 Repechage began with a group of drivers going off on the first lap. Among the survivors, some bumpers were already scraping the asphalt. Enrico Prosperi (Parolin / TM) led the race ahead of Alexander Schmitz and Joel Johansson (Energy / TM). Luca Corberi (Tony Kart / Vortex) completed his mission by finishing 4th in front of Kristijan Habulin (TB Kart / Modena) and Luciano Medeghini (VKR / TM). The final ranking depends on the penalties still to be issued. Pierre Bourgeois (Croc Promotion / TM) finished 9th, Davide Fore (CRG / TM), slowed on the first lap, moved up to 12th on the line, or nine places regained. Paul Fontaine (Alpha / TM) finished a courageous 21st. 15 drivers were missing after 12 laps.
