Although Christian Lundgaard (Tony Kart / Vortex) kept the lead at the lights of Prefinal A in KF-Junior, his opponents didn’t let him get away. First Davide Lombardo (Exprit / Vortex) was close behind him, then Logan Saregant (FA Kart / Vortex) took over from Sun Yue Yang (FA Kart / Vortex). But the Chinese driver was given a 3” penalty, as was Artem Petrov (DR / TM). Clement Novalak (Tony Kart / Vortex) took third position in the standings, while Yue Yang took second on the track. Ivan Shetsov (Tony Kart / Vortex) was 4th, Frederik Vesti (Energy / TM) 5th and Lombardo 6th.

There was drama on the 10th lap, Lundgaard dropped back and Sargeant took the lead in front Shetsov, Novalak, Bogdan Fetisov (Tony Kart / Parilla) and Lombardo. Meanwhile, the French driver Charles Milesi (Tony Kart / Vortex) moved up from 20th to 16th position and Lundgaard had to push hard to qualify. Shetsov dropped back and Lombardo was in second instead of Fetisov and Yue Yang, then Noah Watt (FA Kart / Vortex) took fifth in front of Novalak and Vesti.

Victory went to Sargeant, Lombardo was 2nd and Fetisov 3rd. Milesi qualified in 13th position and Lundgaard, the fastest on the track, was 16th.
