There was good weather for the first timed practice of the WSK Final Cup at the new Adria Karting Raceway. The 54 KF-Junior went on to the track in two groups this Friday, October 31st from 15.05 onwards. In the first session, the battle was between Kush Maini (Exprit / Vortex), Alex (DR / TM), Isac Blomqvist (Tony Kart / Vortex), Presley Martono (Exprit / Vortex) and Alex Quinn (CRG / Parilla). The positions held until the last passage on the line so it was Sun Yue Yang (FA Kart / Vortex) first with 49”524 ahead of Sebastian Fernandez Wahbeh and Martono. Casper Roes Anderson (FA Kart / Vortex) finished 4th and Maini 5th.

The second session was faster than the previous one in mid-session. Alexander Vartanyan (Tony Kart / Vortex), Christian Lundgaard (Tony Kart / Vortex), Lucas Légeret (Zanardi / Parilla), Marta Garcia Lopez (Zanardi / TM) topped the table, soon joined by Artem Petrov (DR / TM), Juan Correa (Energy / TM) and Leonardo Lorandi (Tony Kart / Vortex). Finally Vartanyan took pole with 49”127, ahead of Petrov, Correa, Lorandi and Nikita Volegov (Tony Kart / Parilla).

The top 9 times were from the second group, with Yue Yang 10th overall.
